At Wild at Heart, my aim is to promote bring the beauty of being outdoors along with mindful activities to help promote good mental health. According to MIND.org.uk, being in nature or green spaces can help with both mental and physical wellbeing and has been found to help many people with anxiety, depression and even seasonal affective disorder (SAD). For young people, my experience has been positive in allowing them to relax, explore their creativity and just be themselves in a safe and natural environment.
